How do I place an order on Pet Basket? +
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Here's how:
  • Browse products by category or use the search function
  • Click "Add to Cart" on products you want
  • Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
  • Enter your shipping details and select payment method
  • Confirm your order and you're done! 🐾
You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
How can I track my order? +
You can track your order in multiple ways:
  • Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and phone number
  • Check the tracking link sent in your order confirmation email
  • Log into your account to view all your orders and their status
Once shipped, you'll also receive the courier tracking number to track directly on the courier's website.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
You can modify or cancel your order before it's shipped. Contact us immediately at support@petbasket.online or call +91 98765 43210 with your order number. Once the order is shipped, cancellation isn't possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? +
We're sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product
  • Description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Your pet's happiness is our priority! 🐕

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges? +
We offer affordable shipping across India:
  • FREE shipping on orders above ₹999
  • ₹49 flat rate for orders below ₹999
No hidden charges! The final amount shown at checkout is what you pay.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery times depend on your location:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Other Areas: 7-10 business days
  • Remote/Special Zones: 10-15 business days (NE states, J&K, etc.)
Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same day!
Do you deliver to my area? +
We deliver across India! During checkout, enter your pincode to check serviceability. If your area isn't serviceable, we're constantly expanding our delivery network. You can also contact us to request delivery to your area.
What happens if I'm not available during delivery? +
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If you're unavailable:
  • They'll leave a note or call you to reschedule
  • You can coordinate directly with the courier using the tracking number
  • For COD orders, keep exact change ready
If all attempts fail, the package returns to us and we'll contact you to rearrange delivery.

What is your return policy? +
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by the invoice/receipt

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We'll share return instructions and arrange pickup
  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
Return pickup is free for damaged or defective products.
How long does the refund take? +
Once we receive and verify the returned product:
  • Online Payments: 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • COD Orders: 7-10 business days via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
We'll send you an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning? +
Yes! You can exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or higher value. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the new product costs more, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
